Arizona 811 Seamlessly Transitions to Revolutionary New Ticket Creation Platform – 4iQ Solutions Exactix

4iQ Solutions, a technology pioneer in the damage prevention industry has successfully converted Arizona 811 to the most advanced One Call Ticket Creation platform – Exactix. 

With over 50-years of experience in creating solutions for the damage prevention industry, 4iQ Solutions introduced 4iQ Exactix in January of 2018.  The contributions by Arizona 811 and a small select group of state 811 centers helped 4iQ Solutions create the Exactix One Call Ticket Creation platform.  This new platform will provide the most accurate and safest dig sites in the Damage Prevention Industry.

Arizona 811 was challenged with training over 20 Locate Specialist and close to 2000 professional excavators for this transition to the new Exactix platform.  By leveraging the 4iQ Coursettra training and certification platform, Arizona 811 trained the entire community in less than a month.  This critical training ensured the smooth transition for the stakeholders of Arizona.
