Dig Safely of New York, Inc. Selects 4iQ Solutions as Strategic Partner for New One-Call Ticketing Platform

4iQ Solutions, the industry leader in curriculum development and delivery for the damage prevention industry, announced today that they have been selected to develop the newest 811 ticket creation system for Dig Safely New York, Inc.

With over 50-years of experience in creating solutions for the damage prevention industry, 4iQ Solutions introduced 4iQ Coursettra, their curriculum and certification platform in 2016.  Widely accepted as the premier solution for education in the 811 industry, 4iQ Solutions proudly introduces the next revolution in accuracy and safety for 811 Centers, 4iQ Exactix.  This new software will transform the method and design of current ticket platform standards, easing the use for the one-call centers and their customers.

With the introduction of 4iQ Exactix, Dig Safely New York will become the second state to select this new technology to lead their continued damage prevention efforts. Arizona 811 has also selected 4iQ for its new ticketing platform.

The team from 4iQ will be working with members of Dig Safely New York and Arizona 811 to develop the software and not only use it to identify and deliver dig requests, but also integrate the software into other aspects of the organization to share data for added personalization, streamline business processes, and value.
